About this Course

The Level 1 Bakery qualification is the first step towards your career in bakery. Designed for people who wish to work in this popular industry, the course will ensure you develop the basic skills needed and become familiar with industrial equipment. Most students would normally start at Level 1 but for some students Level 2 may be more appropriate.

Extra Costs

What will I need? 

You will be expected to join ABST at an approximate cost of £15.
You will need to purchase some specialist equipment before the start of the course, including a bakery uniform and other equipment. The approximate cost of this equipment is £150
