Two of my favourite things about going to The Sheffield College were the facilities and the lecturers. The staff were all really inspiring and great to work with as they had all come from industry. They all had a real understanding of exactly what we need to know in order to succeed in the Catering industry.
I also know it’s important to give back so we [Rafter’s Restaurant] work really closely with The Sheffield College to help train and inspire the next generation by offering work experience. We really want a Michelin star for the restaurant and part of getting that is working with the fresh talent at the college because you need everyone to have that talent and top training.
Hopefully they’ll continue to work for us after!
