All students and staff are studying and working remotely from home, following the latest government advice. All college buildings are closed except for City Campus nursery, which is currently supporting some children of frontline workers.

It’s not hard to get to The Sheffield College.
No matter which of our campuses you’re trying to get to, all four of The Sheffield College’s campuses are within walking distances of tram stops, and our City Campus is right by the bus and train station too! Trams come every 5-10 minutes or so and buses are also frequent to all of our campuses if you don’t fancy the walk.
To plan your route to us, simply:
- Go to www.travelsouthyorkshire.com and click on the ‘Journey Planner’
- Enter your postcode and then college campus postcode you’re going to
- Select ‘Arrive By’ and enter the time you are due to start college
- Choose your route of travel making sure you give yourself enough time to get here
To get yourself home simply swap the postcodes in the journey planner, and plan your route back!
Our students are also entitled to a South Yorkshire Travel Pass (subject to eligibility) which offers you reduced fares on transport services across South Yorkshire.
