This course will give you a basic introduction to the catering industry. You will learn the basic skills and processes required to prepare you for work in this industry at an operational level.
Minimum of 4 GCSEs grades A* - E / grade 2 or above (or equivalent qualifications), to include English Language.
Completion of this course can lead to the Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery here at The Sheffield College.
