You could choose to rent directly from a landlord. This may include renting a flat/studio apartment by yourself or with a friend, or you could rent a room in a house where you will share facilities (such as a kitchen and bathroom) with other tenants.

Nestled between Broomhill and Ecclesall Road, students residing in Broomhall have the advantage of being located between two of the most popular student areas within the city, whilst also being just 20 minutes walk from Sheffield’s City Centre, 20 minutes from Endcliffe Park, one of the city’s large parks open to the public, and just 30 minutes walk to The Sheffield College.
