Meet the SU Team

Our Students' Union team are elected by you, to represent your views to the college's staff, Board of Governors and stakeholders. They're here to make positive changes that will improve your student experience, and that of other students. 

Each Officer has a different role and specialism so that all students are represented.

Below are our newly appointed officers for 2025/26, along with some of their manifesto points:

Georgia Ashton - Students’ Union President "My name is Georgia, I have just completed my level 3 Media and Journalism course at Hillsborough Campus. As Students' Union President, I want to support each and every one of you on your journey to grow and become successful. I have lived experience in mental health and as a student, and now I want to give back to make your time at college a healthy, positive experience."

Bella Eames – Students' Union Deputy President "My name is Bella and I have just completed the Level 3 Acting course at Hillsborough. I am really excited to be the Students’ Union Deputy President this year. It is so important to me that every single student at The Sheffield College feels happy, supported and free to be themselves while they are here. I hope to help make this happen by listening to students and ensuring that everything we do in the Students’ Union reaches the needs of the students and has a positive impact within the college."
