The MSK Professional Cookery and Patisserie Employer Skills Academy was launched in September 2019. The academies are based at our City Campus and the students in this academy study two qualifications, Diploma in Professional Chefs and Diploma in Professional Bakery. The MSK academy provides the students with hands-on opportunities to develop specialist knowledge and skills within the catering industry.
The MSK Professional Cookery and Patisserie Employer Skills Academy gives those students hoping to pursue a career in the catering and hospitality sector, real-life, hands-on experience of the industry. The MSK academy students are able to enhance their professional skills and knowledge, by taking part in specialist masterclasses and workshops with representatives from MSK Ingredients. these masterclasses include:
The students will learn in MSK branded kitchens and will also get to hear from a variety of chefs who work at some of the most prestigious venues around the country.
On top of all this, students in this academy will be highly encouraged to take part in various competitions such as the Zest Quest Asia Tilda Challenge.
