Annual Leave | Work anniversary |
Annual leave entitlement varies dependent on length of service and job role, with some leave entitlements commencing from 20 days and others can be up to 42 days. All roles receive the equivalent of 8 bank holidays. Specific holiday entitlements are included within the job advert. |
As your service grows with us you will also get an additional day off on your work anniversary at 5 years’ service then at 10, 20, 30 & 40 years. |

We operate three workplace Pension schemes, the South Yorkshire Pension Authority (SYPA), Teachers Pension Scheme (TPS) and The National Employment Savings Trust (NEST). This is a tax and National Insurance free scheme set up by the Government and the Department for Transport to assist in the promotion of healthy travel while reducing pollution. You will have the opportunity to hire a cycle from the Sheffield College. You can choose a cycle and cycle equipment to the value of between £100 and £2,000. |
