Level 3 Management Skills and Knowledge

This qualification aims to provide learners with the underpinning knowledge and skills required to work as a team leader/supervisor in a range of different environments. The course will focus on the study of management within different occupational areas, enabling learners to develop and demonstrate the skills, knowledge and behaviours they will need to operate as a successful team leader or supervisor.
