What is HN Flex and why should you choose it?

HN Flex is our new, flexible study mode for university level courses.

Instead of a traditional approach where you might study 4-5 modules simultaneously, HN Flex allows you to study courses one unit at a time.

Units typically take 6-8 weeks to complete through a combination of classroom sessions and self-taught study. Once you’ve completed it, you can then choose your next module, and so on and so on. If your end goal is to achieve the full qualification, you can “stack” units together until you reach the required credits for your chosen course.

Why should you choose HN Flex?

  • Studying individual units means you can “cherry-pick” the modules that are most relevant to your current employment or career goals
  • You only pay for the units you’re currently studying, way cheaper than paying for a whole degree upfront!
  • Studying can fit in around your existing commitments – whether that’s work, childcare or other hobbies
  • You can take breaks between units and study at your own pace, but still build up to the full qualification over time
  • Not having to balance multiple units and different deadlines means you can get to grips with your course content in a deeper and more meaningful way

Which courses can I study with HN Flex?

Currently our HN Flex model includes:

  • HNC Construction
  • HNC/D Creative Practice
  • HNC Digital Technologies
  • HNC Electrical Engineering
  • HNC Mechanical Engineering
  • HNC/D Leadership and Management
  • HNC Music Portfolio Careers and Music Enterprise

HN Flex is your chance to kick-start your university dreams and career goals.
