Aviation Level 2

This course will suit you if you wish to gain an insight into Airport ground operations and customer service.

Travel and Tourism Level 2
You will find out about all the different industries within the travel and tourism sector and studying subjects such as customer service, visitor attractions, and tourist destinations. You will also learn about the events industry and come up with a plan for your own event.

Travel and Tourism Level 3
You will explore the different organisations, ownership, and business structures within travel and tourism sector and examine how effective marketing and customer service provision is linked.

Course enrichment
Residential visits in the UK are normally planned to link with different units and the full programme will be communicated to you during the first few weeks of term. You also have the opportunity to travel overseas for a two-week placement incorporating work experience, activities, cultural visits, language development and more. You will have the opportunity to engage in various enrichment activities such as industry visits, guest speaker sessions and workshops.

Extra Costs

Contributions towards off-site visits will be required. For those in financial hardship you may be eligible to apply for support with course related expenses from the Student Support Fund.
