About this Course

This course leads you through all aspects of advanced kitchen, larder, production and patisserie work. It will allow you to develop a broad range of practical culinary skills that will equip you for the rigours of the modern kitchen environment. An ideal student for this course is one who is motivated with a desire to learn and is passionate about gastronomy.

Entry Requirements

  • Level 2 Catering qualification
  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 2 or above (or equivalent qualifications), to include English Language.
  • If you are a mature student without the entry qualifications, we will consider your application and invite you in for an interview.

You are required to purchase some specialist equipment before the start of the course (such as uniforms), the approximate cost of which is £110. The College will give you more information on this before you start your course.
