The Level 2 Certificate in Accounting is ideal for anyone wishing to study accountancy and finance alongside a range of complementary business and personal skills.
This course is delivered via face-to-face lessons in the classroom.
This qualification will prepare you for junior and entry level accounting roles. It delivers a solid foundation in finance administration - covering areas such as double entry bookkeeping, basic costing principles and using accounting software.
On successful completion of this course, you will be awarded an AAT Level 2 Foundation Certificate in Accounting. This internationally recognised AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification enables those working in accounting or those looking to pursue accountancy as a career to gain knowledge, practical experience and the all-important certification often sought by employers.
The full fee for this course is approximately £1530. If you are unemployed and in receipt of benefit or earning below the low wage threshold, the course is fully funded. If you are 19-23 you must have already achieved a full level 2 to qualify for the funding above. If you do not meet this criteria you will pay 50% of the full fee.
