Throughout your time studying with us you will tackle core units in engineering design, maths, science, project management, production engineering, and quality improvement. Plus, choose from a range of optional units, including CAD/CAM and CAD for Maintenance Engineers, to tailor your learning experience to your unique interests and career aspirations.

Entry Requirements

  • BTEC Level 3 in Manufacturing Engineering to include the following units: Maths, Further Maths, Mechanical Principles & Further Mechanical Principles
  • A Levels in Maths & Science
  • Industrial experience in a relevant manufacturing engineering role
All applicants who are non-native English speakers or who have not studied the final two years of school in English must have an IELTS score of 5.5 or above, with a minimum score of 5.0 for individual sections.

Assessment

Assessment of coursework will be by internally wrote assignments and completed coursework.


Students will be expected to carry out extensive research in order to complete set assignments.

Assignments are externally moderated by the awarding body.
