Careers you can train for with a Leadership and Management Apprenticeship include:  

Team Leader or Supervisor  

A Team leader or supervisor is a common lower-level management position in a wide range of sectors. The roles would include communicating effectively, building relationships, supporting the development of the team and providing clear guidance and support. 

Operations or Departmental Manager  

An operations or departmental manager is a common middle-management position in a wide variety of sectors. The roles would include creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, leading and managing teams, coaching and mentoring.

Assessment

During your standard, you will develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours to ensure your readiness for your End Point Assessment (EPA).
