Our main campuses across Sheffield (City, Hillsborough, Olive Grove) all have specialist facilities and equipment that you would find in the workplace, and are all accessible by public transport.
Do you want to have a voice and a platform for change? By joining the Students’ Union or becoming a Student Rep you will get the chance to do just that and have the opportunity to make a real impact on community, local, national and educational matters.
Making time to do the things that you enjoy and that help you discover new cultural experiences will help you switch off and enhance your studies. Our trips and visits, clubs and societies, will introduce you to new places, new ways of doing things and new friends!
Our LRCs at all our campuses are the places to go if you need to borrow digital or print resources, or find a quiet spot to get some work done. The team in the LRCs can also help you develop your study skills, such as essay writing and research.
Whether you want to compete, play for fun or simply get fit, we have something for you in our Activities and Fitness Club. We have lots of teams for you to join and always have new activities to try. You’ll also have access to our fitness suites, all-weather pitches and sports hall if you’d like to hire them.
Revive is our public salon that is run by our hair and beauty students. All our students can book themselves in for a freshen up or pamper session at great prices!
Consider yourself a bit of a foodie? Our City Campus has a brilliant restaurant that serves fresh, varied and locally sourced food at amazing prices. Menus are served at lunchtimes or in the evenings, and students are able to book a table should they wish. The Silver Plate is also run by our catering, hospitality and events students, so if you’re training for a career in the industry, you’re likely to be working here as part of your qualification!
