Employer Skills Academies bring together The Sheffield College and leading employers to provide students with industry-led learning experiences that prepare them for future careers.
Through real-world projects, industry insight and direct engagement with employers, students gain valuable experience that helps them stand out and progress into employment, apprenticeships or higher education.
